Pascal Brault at F.P. Journe
He started in the business at an early age and never stopped. No regrets, quite the contrary, rather a beautiful declaration of love from Pascal Brault, a hotel manager passionate about the world of hospitality and passing on his knowledge. A native of Annecy, he cut his teeth on the French side of the border in some of the top establishments before arriving in Geneva. Le Beau Rivage, which was once a family hotel, was to be the rhythm of his daily life for over 30 years. From the Chat Botté to the Patara, he accumulated experience. For the former, he earned a star alongside Dominique Gauthier, while for the latter, Gault et Millau recognized the quality of the Thai restaurant.
The two restaurants, like the two men, are linked by destiny. Leaving together to promote Le Chat Botté in Thailand, Pascal Brault discovered much more than the local culture. On his return, the opportunity arose to take over the Patara restaurant. Today, it’s a new adventure that unites the two restaurant enthusiasts. F.P. Journe.
