At Bánh Mì for three weeks already, the young manager was quickly won over by the project inspired by its founders, Vanessa and Pierre, who need no introduction. “I’m extremely lucky to have met them. They put their trust in me right away, and let me put into practice on a daily basis what I’d learned during my studies and recent professional experience,” explains Nicolas. In his opinion, Bánh Mì’s culinary offering is in tune with the times, and keeps him in touch with current food trends. His arrival will enable the entrepreneurial duo to focus on developing the chef residences and other projects. We wish all the best to this young culinary talent, whom we look forward to visiting.
