As part of our ongoing quest to highlight the importance of room service in the restaurant world, let’s head for the Hôtel Bristol in Geneva, where Johan Védy awaits us. After starting out with Claude Legras at Auberge Le Floris in Anières, he joinedHôtel Bristol in Geneva in 2004. Having risen through the ranks and held a number of positions within the hotel establishment, he has been Room Manager since May. We look forward to discovering this professional soon at Le Côté Square restaurant.
