Jeremy di Marino at Rumi’s
After a successful career change in Australia, Jeremy Di Marino returned to his native Provence in Europe. He soon arrived in Switzerland, where he worked his way up through the ranks of Geneva establishments such as Scandale and Black Sheep, but COVID put a stop to his development… not for long!
In 2021, the opening of Rumi’s in Eaux-Vives gives him the opportunity to blossom as a mixologist. With Jeremy, there’s no fuss, only homemade and an evolving menu of creative flavors. His passion for cocktails is at the heart of all his conversations, and passing on this passion is his main concern.
In this place of sharing, come and discover little-known techniques such as clarification, which Jeremy likes to use on a cocktail now in its 3rd version. So… in the mood for a taste and visual adventure? Ask for Jeremy and head for cocktail-city!
