Just arrived in October, Hugo Menu is the young manager of the Lebanese restaurant Balila in the heart of Geneva’sHôtel Longemalle. The son of a restaurateur, Hugo began to immerse himself in the profession at an early age. Logically, he was drawn to the world of gastronomy and left for London, where he started out as a member of the front-of-house brigade at the famous Hakkasan and Zuma restaurants. After five years of hard work, he returned to the shores of Lake Geneva and joined the team at Arabesque, the Lebanese restaurant at the Hôtel Président Wilson. Hugo Menu soon became Maître d’hôtel at the Geneva luxury hotel. With his personalized, attentive service, you can now find him on the second floor of the Hôtel Longemalle.
