Back to Monsieur Bouillon, where the current team keeps the flame burning in this elegant downtown brasserie.

Time passes and chefs change. As previously announced in Food News, Philippe Chevrier is stepping down from Monsieur Bouillon and handing over the reins to Loris Vial. It’s been a long time since I’ve set a place setting in this elegant contemporary brasserie in the Quartier des Banques. Now I’ve done it for the gastronomic column on Radio Lac.
