Konstantinos Kamperis arrives in Vandœuvres
It was a proposal he hadn’t seen coming. While he was planning to launch a personal project and looking for investors, Konstantinos Kamperis crossed paths with Marc Levanti. Impressed by his business plan, the entrepreneur offered him a partnership that went beyond the scope of a single restaurant. For the chef, this new adventure marks a return to his roots. Trained under leading figures in French gastronomy, he hopes to reconnect with the cuisine that shaped his career, after having notably celebrated his Greek heritage.
A New Address
At theAuberge de Vandœuvres, he intends to preserve the spirit of the establishment while infusing it with his culinary sensibility. His new responsibilities will extend to La Tour Carrée, the Geneva Yacht Club, and Gustus Traiteur, where he will collaborate with Victoire Meynier to develop a unique approach to event catering. The group’s ambitions don’t stop there. A new venue is set to open in early 2027 in downtown Geneva, with a concept designed to offer a full-day experience from morning to night. This collaboration marks a new chapter for both Konstantinos Kamperis and the Levanti Group, with the Auberge de Vandœuvres serving as the starting point.
