Pamela Bächli, when passion rhymes with commitment
Self-taught, Pamela has enriched her expertise through experience in high-end travel organization, event management for a cultural foundation, communications for art galleries and coordination of the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie. In each of these positions, she observed, learned and innovated, and 11 years ago, armed with her network and motivation, she founded her agency PR & co.

Creation of Veggie Week
But Pamela doesn’t stop there. In 2017, after business lunches where risottos and salads seemed to be the only vegetarian options, she launched Veggie Week with a journalist friend. The idea was simple but ambitious: to encourage top chefs to come up with genuine vegetarian proposals, crafted and gourmet. The initiative quickly caught on, and restaurants began to play along, arousing the desire even among carnivores.
According to Pamela, transforming the restaurant business will be a step-by-step process, the idea of this project being to plant a seed and make it grow. She hopes that when chefs see that vegetarian proposals are increasingly requested by customers, whatever their diet, a virtuous circle will then be launched. Pamela’s ultimate goal is to no longer have to organize Veggie Week, when one day veganism will have taken its rightful place on menus.

Hymn to pastry
To continue with this type of project, Pamela Bächli launched Pastry Week in March 2025, combining sweetness and solidarity. Pastry chefs proposed creations around the theme “Sweet memories”, and CHF 2.00 per pastry was donated to the association
His agency PR & Co fully reflects his values: zero waste operations, responsible events, support for causes and climate compensation. But behind all this rigor, there is above all an immense desire to make something beautiful, all together. Every customer, every colleague is an adventure partner, and it’s this collective energy that motivates the agency on a daily basis.
In the future, Pamela aspires to slow down a little, to devote more time to her passions and to nature. But always with the same idea in mind: to build meaningful projects and pave the way for those who also wish to combine excellence and commitment.
