Romain Bortolotti, the music of the Comptoir
Le Comptoir du Boulevard has quickly made a name for itself on Geneva’s food scene. This small arcade on Boulevard Georges-Favon offers an intimate space and hides tempting gourmet suggestions at lunchtime. Delicious sandwiches, salads and desserts enliven the menu of this little culinary delight located on a busy thoroughfare. Romain Bortolotti is one of the founders, alongside Charlotte de Benedetti and Charlotte Hennessy. A former sommelier at Serge Labrosse’s Chaumière and director of Refettorio Geneva with Walter El Nagar, Romain has embarked on an entrepreneurial adventure and is one of those young people who dare to try. So why not take the time to listen to his musical selection while enjoying a Caesar salad, meatballs, a salmon bagel or a wonderful Basque cheesecake.
