Eric Kutlu at Dr. Djoon

Having grown up in the northern suburbs of Paris, Eric Kutlu is still influenced by his stepfather’s cooking. Sunday roast chicken, garden tomato salads and seasonal produce make up his culinary DNA. Thanks to a healthy framework and his determination to succeed, the chef moved from Parisian palaces to the top Swiss establishments, including the Royal Savoy in Lausanne and the Millenium in Crissier. Thanks to these experiences, he was able to evolve and continue his training, eventually helping to create the unique concept of the Dr Djoon restaurant.
