Let's once again honor the exceptional work of photographer Guillaume Cottancin at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel's Sachi restaurant.

Guillaume Cottancin is once again on a quest for visual aesthetics to delight gourmets. Always accompanied by his multiple lenses, this young photographer scours Geneva’s hotels and restaurants for the perfect shot. In this spring’s edition of the newsletter, his sharp, discerning eye landed on the Furofuki Daikon from Japanese restaurant Sachi at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Geneva. These braised daikon radishes, tofu-jitate sauce, crispy maitake mushrooms and kale will be offered at the next Veggie Week organized by Pamela Bächli of the PR&Co agency.
