With 17 Michelin stars to his name, the chef behind the Pavyllon establishments continues to expand his gastronomic empire. After Monaco, London, Courchevel, Saint-Émilion and Dubai, this exceptional chef, who successfully took over the Ledoyen house in Paris, is planning great things for this new culinary opus.
