Following Jean Imbert's recent accusations, Dior has called on Yannick Alléno to take over the stoves at the Avenue Montaigne restaurant.

Of course, we won’t be talking about the non-gastronomic aspects in the lines that follow, but rather about the future of the establishment. It’s confirmed: the House of Dior has called in a top chef to take over the reins of the restaurant’s stoves, Monsieur Dior in the heart of Paris’s 8th arrondissement. A chef who needs no introduction, Yannick Alléno will rekindle the flame in the kitchens of this restaurant previously run by Jean Imbert. With 17 Michelin stars to his name, the chef behind the Pavyllon establishments continues to expand his gastronomic empire. After Monaco, London, Courchevel, Saint-Émilion and Dubai, this exceptional chef, who successfully took over the Ledoyen house in Paris, is planning great things for this new culinary opus. Bravo to this ambassador of French cuisine, who says that the new menu is conceived as a collection in which shapes and textures echo the world of couture.
