When La Chaumière becomes a bistro

Never short of ideas, chef Serge Labrosse has just launched the Petite Chaumière Bistrothis new gourmet concept for the winter season. On the plate, dishes with a controlled frankness: burnt leeks and smoked féra with vinaigrette, a roast venison pavé with black pepper mignonette, or a wolf fillet casserole in fish soup. Always with the feel of the countryside just a stone’s throw from the city, we find bistro cuisine with the culinary soul of a chef we no longer need to introduce.
