The Refettorio’s 4,000 meals

Things are happening at Refettorio Geneva. Chef Walter El Nagar and his team have already served over 4,000 meals to the less fortunate. Support continues for those in need. On Saturday April 26, the Refettorio will host Ci Riguardiamo’s second artistic flashmob. In this atypical location in the Servette district, the chef has imagined a small boutique stocked with delicacies created by the kitchen, always with a zero-waste and circular fermentation mindset. Why not indulge in “Amino bread”, “whey amino”, quinoa, chestnut or pumpkin miso. On the stove side, beef tartare with wild garlic sorbet and homemade fermented condiments has everything to seduce us.
