Chef Philippe Deslarzes of Aubonne's Njørden restaurant welcomes Bjarke Jeppesen of Danish restaurant TreeTop.

The Njørden restaurant is pleased to announce a unique gastronomic event: a meeting between two talented chefs, Philippe Deslarzes, chef of the Njørdenand Bjarke Jeppesen, chef of the TreeTop Restaurant, voted Chef of the Year in Denmark. On January 14 and 15, 2025, gourmets are invited to enjoy a unique culinary experience based on a secret seven-course menu, celebrating the flavours of the Alps and the North Sea. This encounter embodies the alliance between the wild nature of the Swiss mountains and the infinite horizons of the Scandinavian coastline. The two chefs, each inspired by the riches of their respective terroirs, will propose a menu built around ingredients of plant and aquatic origin. The Scandinavian philosophy of respect for the seasons and local produce will be at the heart of this creation, sublimating carefully selected ingredients. We’re looking forward to it!
