The hotel La Cigogne now celebrates this great classic of French and family gastronomy. Carefully revisited, it features a GRTA-labeled free-range chicken from Perly, slow-roasted to reveal its full flavor, accompanied by a jus court, a melting gratin dauphinois and vegetables of the moment. Carved in the dining room in front of the guests, in the purest respect of French-style service, this dish evokes memories of meals of yesteryear, when time seemed suspended and families gathered around a table, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
