Special dinner at Wine District

Barely back from their respective winter breaks, the duo from Wine District duo already have their minds full of projects. As well as scouring the hillsides of Burgundy in search of renowned wineries, and continuing to put their finest bottles to sleep, Morgane Covino-Bellido and Charles Villa even have time to prepare an exceptional intimate dinner. For this unique moment, the pair have invited chef Charline Strengel, winner of Objectif Top Chef on M6 with Philippe Etchebest, to cook for them for the evening. The evening begins with a crisp of polenta, peasant bacon and condiment, followed by raviole and mushroom tombée, and then chicken revisited with chicken sauce. Dessert is roasted squash topped with a diplomatic praline cream. All will be accompanied by bottles from the Yves Confuron-Cotetidot estate. Rendezvous on Wednesday February 12 from 7.30pm.
