Pretty Patty’s donut burger
The duo from Pretty Patty will never stop surprising us! With orders for Oklahoma smash burgers in full swing, Lucas Jeanneret and Adrian Smith recently called on Marion and David Novella, founders of Ginger Donutsand come up with a new donut to replace the traditional soft, chewy bun. “It took us over twenty tries to get the donut to go perfectly with our smash burgers,” says Adrian. The duo fine-tuned this new burger using ingredients from an old recipe: shallots, bacon and maple syrup. Glaze the donut with a maple syrup shallot reduction and serve with a caramelized bacon mayonnaise for a little extra roundness. Get ready to enjoy this hyper-modern sweet-savory combination from March 8 and only available on weekends.
