Pretty Patty launches its nuggets

These two troublemakers of the Geneva food scene never stop. With their heads full of projects, Lucas Jeanneret and Adrian Smith continue to surprise us with yet another culinary creation. Continuing their quest for the ultimate smash burger, the merry duo have decided to bring homemade chicken nuggets to the table. With a drastic selection of poultry, they oscillate gustatively between juicy and flavorful chicken. Bathed overnight in Ribot milk to tenderize them further, the nuggets – previously mixed – are breaded… twice. “That’s for the crispiness,” Lucas explains over the phone.
