Pretty Patty burger

The Plainpalais district has just acquired a “burger joint” of choice! Pretty Patty Burger is a story of friendship between Adrian Smith and Lucas Jeanneret, two former graduates of the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne. It was in mid-summer 2021 that they decided to take the plunge and quit their respective jobs to dedicate themselves entirely to this project. Quickly joined by Vincent Luzuy, the duo became a trio. After countless hours of debate, they came up with a down-to-earth, familiar and regressive concept that returns to the roots of the “Burger joint”, all in an endearing setting, while offering high-quality products supplied only by local partners.
