Pompette’s champagnes at the Dorian

If you’re looking to put some bubbles in your life, this evening is for you. On Monday November 25, Axel Caubet, founder of the wine import company Pompette is coming to the Dorian in the company of several Champagne winemakers for an evening entitled “Complètement Champagne”. The tasting will take place from 3:00 to 7:00 pm with the winemakers, followed by a four-course, four-glass dinner to match the champagnes and côteaux-champenois. Domaines such as Charles Dufour, Domaine de Bichery, Thimothee Stroebel, Marx Coutelas, Domaine des Tuileries, Bonnet Ponson and Thomas Perseval will be present. On the gastronomic front, Florian Le Bouhec has already revealed a puntarelle with lemon and anchovy vinaigrette, and lobster ravioli to whet our appetites.
