The EHL opens the season of its flagship competitions, inviting passionate amateurs and professionals alike to put their talents to the test.

Two different events, but united by the same ambition – to celebrate creativity and the sharing of know-how – will punctuate this period: the2nd edition of the amateur pastry competition, dedicated to the Saint-Honoré, and the2nd edition of the Art of Service Trophy, which recognizes excellence in tableware and service. Instigator of these two competitions, theEHL School of Practical Arts, a professional and vocational center dedicated to excellence in the culinary and service professions, plays an essential role in creating the unique EHL experience. Open to all adults with a passion for patisserie – with the exception of graduates in the food professions – this competition honors the Saint-Honoré, in all its variations, classic or revisited, with a festive spirit. Entries are open until midnight on October 18, 2025. After an initial selection based on applications, ten candidates will be invited to present their creations at the final, open to the public and scheduled for Saturday December 6, 2025 in the EHL kitchens.
