Since 2016, Passerini has moved forward without following fashions or opportunism. Ten years on, the evidence is clear.

Ten years on the Parisian scene is no mean feat. At Passeriniit’s a rare mastery. Since 2016, Giovanni and Justine Passerini have been forging a solid culinary line. Passerini has quickly gone beyond mere infatuation to make a lasting impact. Today, it’s a classic in the truest sense of the word. A table to which we return, unsurprisingly, but always with great emotion. In this well-known and recognized establishment, Rome converses with Paris. The signature pasta dishes tell as much as the juices and cooking. The cuisine is straightforward, easy to understand and free of folklore, with straightforward, precise tastes. A whole ecosystem has grown up around it: the artisanal pastificio grocery store and the Passerina dining cellar across the street, with its cutting-edge wine list. It’s a living, breathing little Italy, where people eat and socialize. On May 31, the house will celebrate its tenth anniversary with a few friends and a lot of envy. No nostalgia, just proof that in Paris, some addresses last without changing.
