Once upon a time, La Micheline

So much has already happened since the opening of La Micheline. Although the adventure was clearly not a foregone conclusion, the story of this gourmet restaurant is a culinary fairytale like few others. It’s hard not to admire such commitment from the outset. Camille Grange can be proud of the work accomplished and the self-sacrifice instilled in the teams. As for the kitchen, it’s hard not to salute the enduring talent of chef Andres Arocena, whose boldness and creativity surprise us more than ever. La Micheline is a great story and deserves all the accolades it has received since it opened. This restaurant is well worth its place among the favorites of Genevans and many others. As the wine list gets longer and the menus get bigger, let’s wish La Micheline, and the men and women who have helped it shine for the past five years, all the best. We wish you a happy anniversary!
