Nomadic dining by HiFlow

Conceived by artists Noemi Niederhauser and Jennifer Niederhauser-Schlup, the next exploratory dinner will be held on November 14 at the HiFlow in Plan-les-Ouates. The dinner is a journey where the infinitely large and the infinitely small collide. A back-and-forth between the macroscopic and the microscopic through a scenography and a dinner where these two notions interfere to create a moment of suspension and immersion within matter and dimension. Alicia Rico offers gourmet, healthy and delicious cuisine, designed to promote sustainable well-being through healthy eating. The creative chef draws her inspiration from nature and art. With a passion for local, seasonal produce, she composes a cuisine that combines respect for the terroir with culinary audacity. Her approach is based on an emotional interpretation of ingredients, transforming each dish into a unique, sensory experience.
