Noma in Los Angeles: a pop-up for $1,500
Chef René Redzepi has always made a name for himself, even when on the move. The instigator of the famous Danish restaurant Noma is on a pilgrimage to the United States, setting up a pop-up in Los Angeles. From March 11 to June 26, 2026, Noma LA will set up shop in the Silver Lake district for a residency that’s as rare as it is exclusive: 42 diners per service, four evenings a week, in a location kept secret until reservations are made. The menu, inspired by Californian produce and Redzepi’s Nordic philosophy, is priced at $1,500 per person, including food and beverage pairings, taxes and service. The price reflects the scale of the project, with almost 130 team members making the trip from Copenhagen. In parallel, Noma Projects will open a boutique in Silver Lake, local collaborations are planned, and each evening a table will be offered to young professionals in the restaurant business. A gastronomic pilgrimage that already promises to become one of the most coveted food events of the year.
