Njørden joins Alter
It’s back to the news for the distillery Alter. Not wasting a moment, the owner, Quentin Verne, decided to invite chef Philippe Deslarzes of the Michelin-starred restaurant Njørden in Aubonne. The chef will exceptionally leave his kitchens for the occasion to prepare an eight-sequence Scandinavian-inspired gourmet menu. Prepared by the Alter and Njørden teams, food and beverage pairings will of course be developed in this special context at each stage of the menu.
