Next reopening of Flocons de Sel
During the construction period, the restaurant Flocons de Sel restaurant was temporarily relocated to Flocons Village, the three-star chef’s second address. Today, Emmanuel Renaut is preparing to welcome guests back to his renovated establishment in the heights of the village of Megève. Surrounded by his unchanged team, the chef – who is currently helping to prepare the famous Megève gourmet event Toquicimes – is behind the scenes fine-tuning the dishes that have built his gastronomic reputation over the decades, as well as some new ones. The date of December 6 has just been announced on the chef’s Instagram account, and he has also confirmed that reservations are now open. We’re looking forward to welcoming back iconic dishes such as risotto de chou rave au beaufort, cèpe en croûte, sapin sous toutes ses formes and many other gourmet surprises.
