In collaboration with Sando in Zurich, chef Mitja Birlo of The Counter is launching his smash burger, available only during the month of March.

Zurich wasn’t enough! You can also enjoy chef Mitja Birlo’s smash burger in Geneva! This burger of the month was designed by Ivalu Acurio and Yoss Kakinuma, the two founders of Sando. The basic idea was to showcase monthly creations by employees, in order to support gastronomic originality within the restaurant. Entitled Osaka Smash, this smash burger imagined by Mitja Birlo between two culinary innovations in her tasty new landmark The Counter located in the heart of Zurich station. Her burger features smashed double beef patties, also double cheese melt, house-made spicy chili glaze, smoked spicy mayo, apple matchsticks… all encased in a fluffy bun. Gourmandise doesn’t wait, so go for it.
