Mirazur celebrates its 20th anniversary!
Two decades of excellence, perspectives and emotions: the Mirazur in Menton will be 20 years old next year. At its helm is Mauro Colagreco, a chef of rare self-sacrifice, who continues to embody a gastronomy on the move, rooted in nature and open to the outside world. Crowned with three stars in the Michelin Guide and crowned best restaurant in the world by the World’s 50 Best Restaurants, Mirazur never ceases to reinvent itself. With its lush garden, experimental kitchen garden and cuisine guided by the cycles of the moon, every dish is a manifesto of sincerity. To celebrate this anniversary, we’re planning an exceptional party. And in the spring, an unprecedented meeting will bring together Mauro Colagreco and Ferran Adrià, the genius behind El Bulli… the promise of a timeless dialogue between two visionary minds.
