Famed winemaker Marie-Thérèse Chappaz visits Geneva's Beau-Rivage for an evening.

The hotel Beau-Rivage in Geneva is pleased to announce an exceptional dinner, in collaboration with one of Switzerland’s most famous winemakers, on Friday March 14, 2025 at the Table Royale of the Michelin-starred restaurant Le Chat-Botté. The dinner will be hosted by winemaker Marie-Thérèse Chappaz who will guide guests through an exclusive tasting of her wines, some of which are considered confidential. The wines will be perfectly matched to the dishes of Michelin-starred chef Mathieu Croze, who will highlight the richness of the Swiss terroir in every culinary creation. A Petite Arvine will be escorted by a tourteau/apple/caviar, an Ermitage à l’aube will be accompanied by poultry/salsify/sobacha, and a Grain Syrah 2017 will give pride of place to pigeon/beetroot/long pepper.
