As part of a new Guest Chef Series, Walter El Nagar welcomes Luis Zuzarte, chef of L'Appart in Lausanne, to the Refettorio.

It’s a Guest Chef Series that promises to make sparks fly. For this next gourmet collaboration, Walter El Nagar welcomes the talented Luis Zuzarte behind the stoves of the Refettorio Geneva. An opportunity to contribute to helping the underprivileged over a unique lunch. Officiating in Lausanne at L’Appartin Lausanne, chef Luis Zuzarte offers a daily menu that changes with the seasons, using ingredients provided by artisans. Valuing those who work the land and its flora and fauna, his culinary vision is in total harmony with that of Walter El Nagar. We look forward to seeing these two protagonists again on Monday November 25 for an innovative lunch in aid of those who need it most.
