Ludovico Rolandi at Marius

It’s exciting news, just the way we like it. To our (and especially your) great delight, chef Ludovico Rolandi is taking over the stoves at the Chez Marius wine bar. Chez Marius until Friday June 13. Alongside Marion Le Pen on the sommelier and front-of-house side, we’ll be reunited with this talented chef, who worked for Yeast for many years. Get ready to taste a host of new dishes, such as pastas alla gricia cooked in yakitori sauce (inspired by a dish tasted in Italy). You can also discover a vegan dish based around baked artichokes with macadamia emulsion and vegetable juice, before succumbing to olives stuffed with anchovies and anchoïade.
