Loulou sets sail for Saint Barth
Born across from the Tuileries Garden in Paris, Loulou has since made Ramatuelle, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, and Courchevel its home. The brand is now preparing to cross the Atlantic with a new location in Saint-Barth, nearly 6,700 kilometers from the French coast. Loulou will be located within Fouquet’s Saint-Barth, in a setting designed to evoke an old family beach house. White wood, seashells, and turquoise waters will form the backdrop of this new destination, where the restaurant aims to preserve what defines its identity: joyful elegance, a certain nonchalance, and hearty cuisine designed to be shared.
To the U.S.
With this opening, Loulou brings a touch of its Parisian lifestyle to the Caribbean and takes the first step toward expanding into the United States. This move is also part of the international expansion of the Barrière Group, owner of the Fouquet’s Saint-Barth. Led by Joy Desseigne-Barrière and Alexandre Barrière, the family-owned group now comprises 21 luxury hotels, nearly 200 restaurants and bars, as well as 33 casinos and a gaming club. Following Paris, New York, Courchevel, and Saint-Barth, the Fouquet’s brand intends to continue its expansion into new international destinations.
