For one evening, Le Patio in Geneva resurrects the soul of a great name in French cuisine. Under the impetus of the two current chefs, Bernard Loiseau's classics are brought back to life in a tribute menu that's as gourmet as it is faithful.

Never short of ideas, Le Patio confirms its taste for great culinary stories. The Geneva bistro, a classic among classics and still under the direction of Alexia Chenevard, offers a new tribute evening, dedicated to one of the most outstanding French chefs of his generation: Bernard Loiseau. Gone too soon, the Burgundian chef leaves behind a cuisine that is clear, precise and sincere – values that chefs Richard Terrochaire and Rodolphe Estio-Braud are committed to reviving over dinner. The menu features all the hallmarks of the Loiseau house: egg meurette, frogs with garlic purée and parsley juice, pike-perch in Burgundy red wine, Gaston Gérard-style Bresse poultry with a traditional gratin dauphinois, before a Saint-Marcellin with walnut bread and a chocolate-mandarin mirror dessert. This unique meal is more than just a wink: it’s a plunge into a cuisine that speaks loud, clear and true. For one evening, the Loiseau spirit invites itself to Geneva – and Le Patio proves, once again, that it knows how to combine memory and gourmet pleasure. Rendezvous on Thursday, January 29 from 7:00 pm.
