Le Bleu Nuit Celebrates Its 4th Anniversary with a Couscous Party
Four years—that’s something to celebrate. And at Bleu Nuit, Wallis Moreno and her entire team have chosen to mark the occasion just as they’ve welcomed their guests since day one: around a large table, with a few fine bottles, and plenty of good cheer. On Saturday, June 27, the restaurant will be open all day—an exception to its usual hours—to celebrate its fourth anniversary. The festivities will kick off at noon with a surprise lunch created by Justine Montessuit and Mathias Fréré, followed by a day filled with homemade ice cream, glasses of wine, and good company.
At 4 p.m., wine lovers can take part in a tasting led by Louis Maurer and the Bertrand Brothers, who are coming especially for the occasion. Then, starting at 6 p.m., it’s time for a big couscous dinner to share, before the evening continues with music from a DJ set. A simple, festive, and warm gathering—one that, in the end, captures the spirit of Bleu Nuit quite well, just as it has for the past four years. Cheers.
