Le Berceau des Sens has a new chef
EHL’s application restaurant, the Berceau des Senswelcomes a new chef, Christophe Schmitt, to pursue the same educational and gastronomic ambitions. Christophe Schmitt has just returned from Asia, where he was Executive Chef of four restaurants in Macao, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Vietnam. After a fine career in France’s finest restaurants, followed by this experience in Asia, he has come to Switzerland, to EHL, to share his passion with gourmets and students. “I’m delighted to be starting this new chapter in my career at EHL, an institution renowned for its gastronomic and academic excellence. I’m looking forward to sharing my culinary universe and passing on to the students my experience and the values I hold dear: authenticity, identity and respect for the product. I would also like to pay tribute to the remarkable work carried out by Chef Lucrèce Lacchio, to whom I wish every success in her projects”, comments Christophe Schmitt.
