Le 23 moves to Domaine des Trois Étoiles

Saturday November 23 will once again be a date to mark in your diary. Join the restaurant team Le 23 which is moving to Satigny. Didier Fischer will introduce you to the different wines of the Domaine des Trois Etoiles to match each dish. With a menu devised by chef Loïc Magnier and entirely dedicated to hunting dishes, you’re sure to enjoy your meal. A pâté en croûte of venison, a velouté of mushrooms and a foie gras poached in red wine will be served as starters. For the main course, a filet of venison en croûte with its full-bodied jus, braised red cabbage and spätzles will accompany this convivial moment of wine sharing. A cheese platter and a chocolate, porcini and praline dessert will round off this wonderful evening.
