Jérôme Banctel at La Réserve Genève
La Réserve Genève promises an exceptional evening of haute gastronomy. On December 11, resident chef Benjamin Brial will welcome three-starred Jérôme Banctel to the Gabriel at La Réserve Paris, for a four-handed dinner featuring the great wines of Cos d’Estournel. Six acts of high-flying dialogue between two highly talented chefs. Together, they will weave a menu balancing textures, intensities and emotions. Among the creations programmed, a symbol of the Parisian chef: carrots with lime and tangy ginger, a subtle dialogue between vegetable sweetness and citrus vivacity, accompanied by Pagode blanc 2023. The journey continues with turbot with persimmon confit and lemon, lobster in navarin or duck with Sichuan before the apotheosis: hare à la royale, escorted by a Cos d’Estournel 2000. A rare evening, conceived as a link between Geneva and Paris, where the refinement of great wines marries the inspiration of two unique chefs.
