Happy birthday Gigi Cucina & Bar

We like to highlight the stories of those who ensure that Geneva continues to be one of the most attractive cities in which to dine. Since their opening, La Micheline and Gigi Cucina & Bar have become an integral part of Geneva’s gastronomic landscape. Camille Grange and Andres Arocena can be proud of this achievement, and at the same time celebrate the fifth anniversary of the opening of the pizzeria at the Gare des Eaux-Vives. Contacted by telephone, the owner is overwhelmed by the success of her establishment dedicated to Italian gastronomy. With some of her colleagues present since the beginning of the adventure, the tandem is delighted to see that the soul of the place remains unchanged. In the kitchen, certain dishes have quickly become classics, such as taglioni with homemade pesto and roasted wild shrimp with orange and Espelette pepper. Let the adventure continue…
