I told you about it in the portrait dedicated to the three founders of Gourmet Brothers! Benjamin, Marie Luzuy and Paul Cassigneul never stop. The paintings at Auberge du Port Gitana had barely dried, the trio opened in early August Casa Luliaan Italian osteria annexed to the Maison du Lac. From lunch to dinner, from coffee to aperitif, this new venue dedicated to transalpine gastronomy blends southern Italian cuisine with a warm, contemporary atmosphere. The regions of Puglia and Calabria, as well as Naples and Sicily, will be suitably represented on the sun-drenched menu. Faithful to Mediterranean tradition, the menu also gives pride of place to natural, inventive and generous vegetarian cuisine. To round off the meal, the homemade tiramisu, served with a spoon, is the gourmet signature of this establishment, well worth a visit for a tasting. And let’s not forget the wine list, with over 600 wines to choose from. It’s also an opportunity to (re)discover the village of Nyon.
