Perched on the top floor of Confédération Centre, Briosh offers savory brioche sandwiches, salads and gourmet desserts. A brand-new street-food haunt for epicureans in search of something new.

Who says brioches have to be just a sweet treat? Demonstration at Brioshthe latest addition to the Confédération Centre. David Gonzales and Tamir are at the helm, creating a whole new type of sandwich. And while Briosh was originally intended to focus on a single product, the lobster roll, the project is evolving into a variety of brioche sandwiches. On the menu: a homemade brioche roll, with or without gluten, snacked on hazelnut butter before being generously topped with fresh ingredients. Tuna topped with melted cheddar, chicken tendrissime with oriental spices or shredded beef cheek with coleslaw: at Briosh, there’s something for everyone! But for David, it’s the lobster roll with its lemony mayonnaise that goes straight to the heart of his customers. Made with squat lobster from Chile, for a lighter taste, and topped with a beurre monté with its own juice, it displays a true mastery of the classic. In a young, lively and colorful atmosphere, this street food also welcomes visitors with salads for a light break, as well as sweet choices with homemade cookies or lost brioches… A new gourmet and original haunt, at moderate prices!
