The Chocolate Rally is taking on a whole new dimension with five days of activities and a route featuring thirteen artisan chocolatiers throughout Geneva.

This year, the Chocolate Rally will no longer be limited to a single day. From Tuesday, September 29, to Saturday, October 3, 2026, the first ChocoWeek will bring together workshops, tastings, meetups, and ChocoApéros in Geneva, all centered on cocoa in all its forms. The week will culminate on Saturday, October 3, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with the traditional Rallye du Chocolat. Thirteen artisans will be spread across three routes, including one entirely dedicated to “Bean-to-Bar”—an approach that involves mastering every stage of production, from the bean to the bar.

Bean-to-bar…

Traditional chocolatiers will work around the theme “Cacao nibs, double-layered gianduja, and floral ganache,” while bean-to-bar artisans will showcase their best chocolate bar made with 70% African-sourced cacao. Armed with their event ticket—called a “passport”—participants will be able to visit the chocolate shops, taste the creations, collect clues for the mystery phrase, and vote for their favorite artisan. Registration opens on September 12, with 4,500 passports available. The full ChocoWeek program will be unveiled on the Salon des Chocolatiers website.
