Mark June 22 in your diaries. After the success of the first edition, Raphaël Gétaz is once again launching his Festival Végétal in his Gardens of Chivrageon. For this second edition, he’s pulling out all the stops, bringing in six chefs and six stands, each representing five vegetables and one fruit, for six gourmet stops around the estate. Each chef will set up his or her nomadic kitchen and sublimate the ingredient that was grown in that particular spot! Beyond the theory, Raphaël offers you a real experience from seed to plate at the heart of his crops. Believe me, they’re really looking forward to creating this festival alongside Benjamin Deschamps & Nathalie Cruchon (DéCi Comptoir Gourmand), Rémy Tranchida (chef and author), Aurélien Guala (Amarante), Margaux Grange-Stepczynski (La Betsch), Thibaut Honajzer (The Sweet Sage Pâtisserie) for the sweetness and Maryline Taurian (Cave Clair-Obscur) will sublimate this stroll with her tuning!
