Esteban Valle, Director of the Year

Following his recent appointment as President of the Swiss Association of Hotel Maîtres, Esteban Valle was awarded the coveted title of Best Restaurant Manager of the Year by the Grandes Tables du Monde. The award was presented to him by Sylvie Buhagiar, General Secretary of Les Grandes Tables du Monde. Recognized for his professionalism, his sense of welcome and his art of service, Esteban works at the Domaine de Châteauvieux for almost 30 years alongside Chef Philippe Chevrier.
