A lot is happening at Domaine de la Colombe. Despite the fact that she is currently in Asia to present her wines, Laura Paccot is also more active than ever on the gastronomic front. In association with her wine range, the young winemaker is collaborating with several food players, such as a first event around a seasonal menu at the Fleur de Sel in Cossonay, alongside chef Romain Dercile. This special evening is well worth the detour, as each dish will be paired with a wine suggested by Dercile. Which dish with which wine? Find out on Thursday, June 5. No time to lose, as Raphaël Gétaz from the Jardins de Chivrageon on Saturday, June 21, for a tasting of a 100% vegetarian menu. Even more unusual, chef Shahrzad Zardoost will be offering cooking workshops in symbiosis with grape leaves and verjuice from Domaine de la Colombe in Féchy on Saturdays July 5 and 12.
