The end of the year is shaping up to be deliciously frenetic at Banh Mi. From Thursday December 4 to 12, French-Vietnamese chef Lou Chapuis puts down her knives in residence, the last of the year, for seven intense evenings, where her spices, roots and audacity mingle in vibrant dishes. A few tables remain: so it’s now or never! Because Geneva deserves a memorable sweet finale, Le Banh Mi, in collaboration with La Basquerieunveils a cheesecake with pandan (an aromatic plant), an exclusive creation that’s both comforting and unexpected. Enjoy it every day until December 20… before it disappears as quickly as it arrived.
