Between vineyards and ancient stones, the Auberge de Dardagny is brought back to life by Marina and Fabio Stridi. Opening planned for early 2026.

The Auberge de Dardagny is a heartfelt address that blends tradition and modernity, restoring this small village to its former glory. A gourmet trip is in order….
