Dardagny, the return of an inn
We gave you a sneak preview: things are looking up in Dardagny. After two years of renovation, the Auberge Communale is finally reopening its doors, marking the rebirth of a true country house nestled in the heart of Geneva’s vineyards. Fabio and Marina Stridi, the architects of this resurrection, have breathed a warm, sincere spirit into the place, combining terroir, hospitality and creativity. In the bistro, regional classics are the order of the day, to the delight of future diners: crispy malakoff, veal liver Venetian style, perch fillets meunière. With the opening recently confirmed for November 1, the chef will express a cuisine d’auteur, as generous as it is instinctive, guided by the seasons and the in-house kitchen garden. The Auberge de Dardagny is a heartfelt address that blends tradition and modernity, restoring this small village to its former glory. A gourmet trip is in order….
