After three years of work and exchange with winemakers and wine industry players, the chef is proud to announce that he has recently reached the threshold of 1000 wine references. “It’s with great humility, but not without pride, that we’ve put together an exciting, eclectic and reasonably priced wine list for a wine enthusiast.
