Blé Noir closes the doors of Carouge
It’s news that saddens Geneva’s gourmet scene: crêperie Blé Noirborn of a love of Brittany and the art of the galette, has announced the closure of its Carouge establishment. Since its beginnings, Blé Noir had created a fine bridge between Finistère and Switzerland: stone-ground organic flours, artisanal ciders, crispy “kraz” galettes and, later, Breton seafood in a revisited brasserie atmosphere. But rest assured: the Blé Noir adventure continues in Geneva, on the Comédie side, to the delight of lovers of Breton crepes and galettes. As for the spirit, it remains intact: that of a convivial and generous Brittany that stimulates local taste buds. With recent projects such as Port Gitana and Casa Lulia, Benjamin Luzuy continues on his entrepreneurial path, lighting up Geneva and Nyon with a team as talented as ever.
